Our acceptance of these plans, however, is in NO WAY A GUARANTEE that services rendered in the office will be covered under your insurance plan. Most insurance plans do provide benefits for our services, however, the level of benefits vary with each individual's particular situation. All benefits are verified and presented to each patient prior to any treatments being rendered to the patient. Given the complexity of privacy laws and varying insurance plans, benefits are ONLY quoted to patients of record in person. Regretfully, we cannot quote insurance benefits or fees via e-mail or telephone.
We will be happy to assist you with the financial arrangements that best suit your individual needs, including third party financing, if necessary.
